Salt Cave Vs Salt Rooms

natural components, such as boulders in a salt cave instead of bricks and tiles in a salt room.
Both environments are referred to as “salt rooms.”

Himalayan rocks and boulders used in the construction of the cave. However, owners of
businesses can provide the same kinds of services (salt treatment, massages, yoga, meditation,
Reiki, and so on) in either a salt room or a salt cave.

10,000 pounds of Himalayan salt on average. The design and construction of salt rooms can be
completed in as little as 100 square feet of area and as few as 10 to 14 days. The microclimate
inside salt caves has an adequately controlled temperature of between 66 and 68 degrees
